If you require a complimentary Companion Card ticket, we recommend submitting a request online before your event to ensure a smooth entry experience.

Every event is different, but we do our best to keep the bar open after the show where our licensed hours allow. 

Seating varies by event. For seated events, seating is generally available on a first-come, first-served basis unless the event listing or ticket states otherwise.

We recommend arriving early if you would like the best choice of seating.

Age restrictions vary by event. Please check the event page and your ticket before booking.

For 18+ events, a valid photo ID is required. If you cannot provide valid ID, you may be refused entry.

Merchandise is available at many of our events, subject to the artist or promoter.

If merchandise is being sold, you’ll usually find a dedicated merch stand within the venue. Our team will be happy to point you in the right direction on arrival

Yes! If you’re unable to submit a request before your event, present your valid Companion Card when you arrive at the venue or when purchasing tickets at the door.

Our staff will assist you and issue a complimentary Companion Card ticket where eligible.
